Refund policy

As a small business selling digital patterns, I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. I also do not accept returns on gift cards.

No Refunds for Digital Pattern Files
Purchases of digital pattern files are final once downloaded. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind or for any other reason, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law to remedy a product or service that is faulty, unsafe, misdescribed, or does not perform as described.
If a file is found to be faulty, unsafe, misdescribed, or non‑conforming, you may request a remedy in accordance with the ACL.

Refunds
 If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
