Refund policy
As a small business selling handmade subscriptions and digital patterns, I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. I also do not accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and Issues - Snail Mail Club
Please inspect your order letter upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sending me a picture of how your order arrived including the packaging helps to make this process faster.
If the order arrives damaged, you will be entitled to a replacement letter (dependant on availability) or I can offer a refund or store credit for the next month's issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital sewing patterns are non- refundable. Snail Mail subscriptions can be paused/cancelled. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
