Shipping policy

Snail Mail Club

All orders are shipped with Australia Post (and their international partners). Letters are sent regular letter mail untracked with a postage stamp. If you live in Australia, letters are likely to arrive in major cities within 1 - 2 weeks or sooner. If you live overseas (international letters), letters can take upwards of 15 business days to arrive. If you don't receive your letter within 4 weeks of them being sent, please reach out to me via email jovoglerpatterns@gmail.com.

Remember this is slow snail mail and your stitchy goodness is going to be slow but worth the wait to your mailbox!

Please allow up to 3 business days for order packing and processing. All orders are made by myself with lots of love and care!

Shipping is included in the price of the Snail Mail Club (with no additional costs to international subscribers). 

Letters are shipped on the last business day of each calendar month. This means if you subscribe any time from midnight the 1st of the month (in AEST) then your letter will ship on the last business day of that month.
